Cancellation Policy

Appointments are refundable up to 24 hours in advance and may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 12 hours or no-shows will be charged a 50% fee. Please be ready at your scheduled time — a 15-minute grace period applies. If we’re coming to your home or another location, ensure a clear space for the ultrasound and share any parking details with your sonographer in advance. PLEASE NOTE: A variable Travel Fee applies to any in-home scans over 15 Miles from our Sonographer's location in zip code, 45324. The Travel Fee does not apply to scans done on scan days in a midwife's office or our office space at Modern Massage & Wellness, 8529 N Dixie Drie, STE 325, Dayton, OH 45414. Diagnostic scans are medical in nature, while 2D/3D keepsake ultrasounds are for bonding and enjoyment only. Applicable sales tax is included in price before Add-Ons.
