Refund Policy

Bloom Mobile Ultrasound understands that pregnancy journeys can change unexpectedly. The following Refund Policy outlines how cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are handled with care and clarity.

Cancellations

  • Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refund.

  • Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable.

 

Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time at no additional charge.

  • Reschedule requests made within 3 hours of the appointment time are treated as a same-day cancellation and are non-refundable.

 

No-Shows

  • Clients who do not arrive for their appointment and do not provide notice will be considered a no-show.

  • No-show appointments are non-refundable.

 

Pregnancy Loss & Medical Changes

In the event of pregnancy loss or unexpected medical changes, Bloom Mobile Ultrasound will handle cancellations with compassion.

  • Clients experiencing pregnancy loss may request a full refund or reschedule, regardless of timing.

  • No documentation is required.

  • We ask that clients notify Bloom as soon as they are able.

 

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
