Refund Policy
Bloom Mobile Ultrasound understands that pregnancy journeys can change unexpectedly. The following Refund Policy outlines how cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are handled with care and clarity.
Cancellations

Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refund.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable.
Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time at no additional charge.

Reschedule requests made within 3 hours of the appointment time are treated as a same-day cancellation and are non-refundable.
No-Shows

Clients who do not arrive for their appointment and do not provide notice will be considered a no-show.

No-show appointments are non-refundable.
Pregnancy Loss & Medical Changes
In the event of pregnancy loss or unexpected medical changes, Bloom Mobile Ultrasound will handle cancellations with compassion.

Clients experiencing pregnancy loss may request a full refund or reschedule, regardless of timing.

No documentation is required.

We ask that clients notify Bloom as soon as they are able.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
