Cancellation Policy

We understand that pregnancy and birth are unpredictable. At the same time, we reserve appointment time specifically for you. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours and rescheduling must be made at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. More than 24 hours’ notice: -No charge. You may cancel or reschedule without penalty. Less than 24 hours’ notice: -A cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. Same-day cancellations or no-shows: -The full service fee will be charged. Please be ready at your scheduled time — a 15-minute grace period applies. If we’re coming to your home or another location, ensure a clear space for the ultrasound and share any parking details with your sonographer in advance. PLEASE NOTE: A variable Travel Fee applies to any in-home scans over 15 Miles from our office space, Modern Massage & Wellness, 8529 N Dixie Drie, STE 325, Dayton, OH 45414 for Ohio Scans and over 15 miles from our sonographer in Indiana. The Travel Fee does not apply to scans done on scan days (3+ scans) in a midwife's office or our office space. Diagnostic scans are medical in nature, while 2D/3D keepsake ultrasounds are for bonding and enjoyment only. Every baby cooperates differently! Clear 3D images depend on baby's position during the scan. If baby is turned away, snug against the placenta, or covering their face, 3D images may be limited despite our best efforts.
